Communication Practices
A QualityPro Company must adhere to the following:
- The company must perform in accordance with the terms of its Service Agreements/Warranties.
- A company that has an inspection clause must adopt a policy that outlines the procedures for contacting the customer, arranging the inspection and notification.
Consumer Communication Guidelines will be included in your QualityPro Resource Manual.
